I attended a lunch event hosted by young chefs. The menu offered only two options: Set A or Set B, both priced at JPY 1,300.The restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere, featuring 6 counter seats and a total of about 15 table seats. It was run by four young chefs.I chose:"A. Shui Zhu Rou Pian (Sichuan-style Pork in Spicy Broth)"By the way, Set B was shrimp in sweet and sour sauce. The Sichuan-style dish was quite red in appearance, but the spiciness was moderate. The thick, spicy sauce paired well with the pork and bean sprouts inside.Additionally, the tofu topped with scallions (and garlic?) and the peppery, thick soup were both delicious. It was a wonderful lunch. It was a great meal!
