I regularly visit Sushi Josuke. It seems you can now make reservations through Tabelog. Honestly, I don't think there's a better sushi restaurant in Kobe than Sushi Josuke; the quality is exceptional and the cost performance is excellent! Photos are not allowed, but the chef is actually very approachable and friendly. In fact, he's incredibly easygoing and a great person!
