I visited the yakitori restaurant "Tori Yamamoto" near Hiroshima Station! This establishment has received the THE TABELOG AWARD BRONZE.I made a reservation for the "Yakitori Course" (JPY 6,600) a week in advance and arrived on a weekday at 8:30 PM. For drinks, I had the "Hiroshima Craft Beer" (JPY 1,300) with lemon.【What I had that day】- Chicken Breast- Shin Meat- Gizzard- Chicken Wings- Zucchini- Thigh- Hiroshima Asparagus- Neck- Aorta【Add-ons】- Chicken Skin- Premium Thigh- Negima (Thigh with Green Onion)With all this, the total was under JPY 10,000... such great value! The main chicken used was Awabi Jidori, and I believe the shin meat was Nagoya Cochin. Each item was perfectly seasoned and cooked, truly deserving of the award it earned in just two years. I hope to visit again while reservations are still available.It was a great meal.
