It was difficult to make a reservation at this popular restaurant, but I was thrilled to find an opening on Instagram. All the meats were perfect, and they provided great guidance on cooking methods and recommended ways to enjoy the dishes, leaving me very satisfied. I wish the dining area were a bit larger, but the staff were friendly and welcoming.
