I visited LATURE in Omotesando! I made a reservation through Tabelog for noon on a weekday.Initially, I wasn't keen on trying the venison blood macaron, so I requested a course that didn't lean too heavily on game meat. However, in the end, I ended up with the same menu as everyone else. Maybe I should have been more specific?Starting from the second dish, we had a chilled corn soup, a salad with sea bream (the "ri" in salad is rice), a pâté en croûte made with tender bird, the main dish was roasted Ezo deer leg, and for dessert, a parfait inspired by mojito. The game meat flavor was subtle, so it was fine for me.The main dish was delicious, with tender meat, and the side vegetables like bamboo shoots and tara sprouts were very spring-like and incredibly tasty! ♥ I heard the potatoes were aged for two years. I also really enjoyed the final financier.Despite it being a weekday, the place was fully booked—no surprise, as it’s a popular spot! It was a great meal! ✨
