I had an incredibly fun experience with entertainment like I've never felt before! The lighting was amazing, making it feel like I was watching a stage performance.The dishes made with abundant ingredients from Noto were all absolutely delicious! I usually find foie gras too heavy, but the foie gras French toast, which was shaved and light, was fantastic. The eel sushi was also exquisite and the best I’ve had!I enjoyed pairing various drinks, which added to the fun.I definitely want to go back and experience that atmosphere again.
