I made a reservation by phone and decided to go for the 4-course option since the price difference with the 3-course was minimal. Starting with the soup, the signature dish of sea urchin and consomme was absolutely delicious. There was also a fish dish, and the main meat course was perfectly cooked with a sauce that truly embodied French cuisine. However, the portions were quite large, so I ended up taking the meat and the final baked dessert to go.It was a shame not to fully enjoy the perfect pairing of the meat and red wine on-site. For those with smaller appetites, I recommend sticking to the 3-course option.
