I made a reservation about two weeks in advance.After a bit of a walk uphill from the station, we arrived at this Michelin Three Stars restaurant that suddenly appears in a residential area!Since it was early summer, we were served seasonal ingredients like conger eel and sweetfish, which were delicious with their gentle flavors packed with umami!Each dish was beautifully presented with great care, making for a truly delightful experience!
