I couldn't wait for my next reservation, so I kept checking Table Check and managed to secure a spot. This restaurant has a wider variety of meats and better freshness on weekdays when they can source ingredients, but I visited on a Saturday this time. I ordered liver, regular tongue, special outside skirt, special hanging tender, mixed horumon with salt, sliced omasum, and cold noodles.To try as many meats as possible, I held back on beer and only had 100g of rice.I was disappointed that the premium liver and premium tongue were sold out, but even the regular options were delicious. The soy sauce that pairs with the meat was truly perfect.The standout items were definitely the special outside skirt and special hanging tender. They were juicy, tender, and completely free of any unpleasant odor—I must have said they were delicious about a hundred times!I wanted to eat more, but unfortunately, I got full and ended with the cold noodles. I forgot to take a picture, but even the cold noodles were delicious, and I drank the broth down to the last drop!I requested my next reservation, but they said it was already fully booked. I'll be keeping an eye out for another chance!
