This was my third visit, and I can confidently say that this restaurant is worth every penny! I went for the first time this warm season, and the flavors and textures were pleasantly light, perfectly reflecting the season. The medium fatty tuna, kohada (gizzard shad), flounder, and sea urchin were surprisingly delicious! ♡ It's truly a place I want to visit regularly. I always leave feeling grateful for the wonderful experience.
