During my student days, I visited Kamakura for various events. My wife and I reminisced, saying, "We haven't been here since we became adults," so we decided to take a trip.The highlight of our journey was this place, "Ichirin Hanare."We enjoyed a course featuring a giant shark fin and Peking duck. The shark fin was made from grilled hairtail shark, and the flavors were excellent, showcasing the quality of the ingredients.Additionally, the attentiveness and approachability of the staff were commendable.As a fan of dark beer, I was delighted to find Daibutsu Beer on the menu. I also ordered glasses of wine, including Rindo and GEN ONE.The exterior and interior of the restaurant were truly impressive, creating a remarkable atmosphere.While enjoying the black vinegar katsu sandwich we ordered as a souvenir in our hotel, I updated my Tabelog review.
