I visited Sanwa on a Sunday at 6 PM, eagerly anticipating the experience.I intended to capture the moment in my memory, but I became so engrossed in the delicious food and excitement that I focused entirely on eating and drinking. For the main dish, I had the tender Hōrō chicken, and I chose the pasta made with mushrooms from the Hasegawa family. As the course progressed, I started to feel a sense of sadness that it was coming to an end, wishing I could start all over again. The dishes are crafted with such delicate techniques and care, yet they evoke a natural, simple, and nostalgic feeling. It’s like, "This is the taste I remember."I felt that delicious food seamlessly blends into your senses.Personally, the green pea risotto was a standout for me.I believe everyone feels the same way, but I truly want to return to this wonderful restaurant.
