Visiting this restaurant was the main event of my trip to Sendai, and it’s not an exaggeration to say so. Personally, the sand gizzard was astonishing—it's on a whole different level compared to what I've had before. I’ve always loved yakitori, but this experience made me love it even more. I hear reservations are tough to get, but I definitely want to come back someday!
