On June 1st, amidst the rain caused by an approaching typhoon, I had dinner at Kitaura Zenryo in Nobeoka City. In a very stoic atmosphere, I watched the chef passionately prepare each dish from across the counter, and as the only customer, I fully enjoyed the experience. I had three glasses of Japanese sake and one glass of red wine. It was a dining experience from another dimension, making my trip to Nobeoka truly worthwhile.#KitauraZenryo#NobeokaCity
