You can enter the restaurant right on time for your reservation. The chicken sashimi is wonderfully chewy and delicious. The way they grill the chicken, leaving it slightly undercooked, and crisping the fat is fantastic. The meat is moist and fluffy, while the fat is easy to eat, and the liver sashimi was exquisitely tasty. I enjoyed various dishes, including pate served with grilled bread.
