I visited to celebrate my mother-in-law's discharge from the hospital. In addition to the soba, we ordered the classic fluffy omelet and fernbrake. The soba has a distinct flavor that fills your nose with its aroma as you chew—it's truly exceptional. I feel it's a shame to dip it in the broth, so I always enjoy it with just salt. The omelet, packed with various delightful flavors, is so rich in umami that it doesn't even need soy sauce; it melts in your mouth when paired with grated daikon. I can't believe there's such a delicious soba restaurant nearby—it's absolutely amazing! I love this warm and welcoming place run by a lovely couple! ❣️
