I visited during Golden Week. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is serene and somewhat tense, but the warm hospitality from the staff eases that tension. The owner-chef is friendly and engages in conversation with the guests. Each dish is so delicious that it feels almost inappropriate to comment on them individually. The pairing includes various Shaoxing wines and aged spirits. This place is truly impeccable.
