Today was incredibly delicious again! I absolutely love the sushi at Kizaki, especially the rice, which has a strong impact and is slightly tangy and firm (o^∀^o).And of course, I ordered more today! The akagai (red clam) is a must, along with sawara (mackerel), karei (flatfish), and kanpyo maki (dried gourd roll) (´･∀･｀). The chef mentioned that today’s sawara was particularly good, and it truly was delicious! I’ve been coming here for six years now! If you love akagai, you absolutely have to try Kizaki’s!The chef and the owner work together seamlessly, and their chemistry is wonderful. Despite their youth, their attention to detail is truly impressive.
