My friend miraculously secured a reservation through a certain cancellation waiting site, and it was my first visit. This restaurant is nestled deep within Sharikimon. From the appetizers, sashimi, and clear soup to the toro-taku, it was a nonstop sensory delight—an incredible experience. If I were younger and had a bigger appetite, I would have ordered all four types of rice as large portions. The way the apprentices were being trained with such enthusiasm was impressive as well. I can't wait to go back!
