I wanted to eat here again, so I took the train this time. I made a reservation for around 11:00 and planned to arrive by 10:30. However, the train was delayed, and I ended up arriving at around 11:30 after walking from Kazamatsuri Station.I was informed that I would be seated in about 1.5 to 2.5 hours. I moved to Yumoto Station to explore, and when I returned to Kazamatsuri and was checking out the Kamaboko Village, I received a call that my table was ready. It was 13:30, exactly 2 hours after my reservation. There was a sign at the entrance indicating that unagi was sold out.I was guided to a tatami room on the second floor, where there were four seats available. After some time, tea was served, followed by a tiered box, liver soup, and pickles. When I opened the lid, I found a large, thick piece of unagi on top. It was fluffy, with a crispy skin, and absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the aroma of sansho pepper while eating. I added some tasty sauce and kept eating more and more.Although the wait was long, the delicious unagi and the staff's excellent service made it worth it.However, I had decided to try the grilled liver next time, but it was sold out again this time.Next time, I will make an early reservation and definitely try the grilled liver.
