As expected from a chef trained under Robuchon, this French restaurant has consistently earned two Michelin stars for many years. The dishes are impeccably delicious, showcasing a classical style that is not overly dated, and I applaud the perfect balance of flavors. The specialty dish featuring shiitake mushrooms was a prime example of this! The cuisine highlights wonderful ingredients and seasonal flavors that appeal to everyone. Additionally, the chic and transparent beauty of the interior, along with the artistry of the tableware and cutlery, left me in awe of the chef's and artisans' vision. The hospitality was outstanding, creating a comfortable atmosphere that makes me eager to return to this restaurant again. ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
