The thickness of the Outside Skirt and Hanging Tender is impressive, especially the Outside Skirt. You can tell it’s going to be delicious even before grilling. And of course, it tastes amazing after cooking. It was truly delicious. I wondered if it would be tough to chew because of its thickness, but it was incredibly tender. Also, the liver was delicious, soaked in sauce.Since it was the 8 PM seating, some items were sold out, but the cost performance was excellent at just under JPY 10,000 per person for a la carte. I was very satisfied.I plan to visit again next year for a course meal, and I’m really looking forward to trying the meats I couldn’t have this time.It was a great meal!
