We reserved a private room for a celebration. I chose the lunch course featuring both fish and meat, and it was quite substantial. After finishing the main dishes, I thought we were done with the petit fours featuring baked sweets and the peach soufflé listed on the menu, but then a chocolate assortment was brought out as well! It’s been a while since I felt so full that it was almost painful. The fish dish was paired with a seaweed-infused bread that had a lovely fresh scent of the ocean, which was a nice touch. I truly overindulged. Each item on the menu showcased the chef's creative ideas, offering a fresh and interesting experience, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the flavors, textures, and presentation. The dishes might be a bit on the richer side. The staff provided exceptional service, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful time. As expected from the Imperial Hotel, it’s perfect for special occasions.
