I visited the renowned Restaurant Takatsu in Shimonoseki for lunch. The chef trained at the famous Goh in Fukuoka, and the dishes were truly a testament to masterful craftsmanship. The care and attention from the owner were also very thoughtful, making for a comfortable dining experience.
