Every dish was absolutely delicious. The yakitori, in particular, was exceptional and set a new standard for the best I've ever had.The sashimi was also wonderful, especially the liver, which was truly impressive. Its rich, melting flavor was reminiscent of foie gras.However, the staff's volume was quite loud at times, making the atmosphere feel a bit lively. Personally, I would have preferred a more subdued environment to enjoy my meal even more.
