A kaiseki restaurant located in the Matsuyama/Dogo Onsen area.I visited on the day of the Obon festival, and luckily managed to secure a reservation about a week in advance (the counter was fully booked, so I reserved a private room).In conclusion, everything was delicious—this place is truly exceptional. It ranks among the best I’ve ever experienced.You can savor the finest ingredients from Ehime Prefecture prepared using the best cooking methods.The menu is as shown in the photos, and everything is genuinely tasty, but personally, I especially loved the anago sashimi and the tai meshi (sea bream rice).I highly recommend it, so please make sure to visit!
