I visited this French restaurant, which prominently features game meat, with a bit of apprehension about whether it would suit my taste. To put it simply, my worries were completely unfounded. The game meat was incredibly fresh, and the cooking methods were outstanding. There was no gamey smell at all, and the dishes exuded a sense of vitality. In particular, the duck main course was a delicious meat dish with a wonderful texture and robust flavor. This duck is truly exceptional! I also requested a wine pairing, and every wine was delightful, perfectly complementing the dishes.
