I visited L'Effervescence, a place I had been wanting to try for a while. To sum it up, it was the "best experience" I could have hoped for.Personally, I felt that the cuisine was light and reminiscent of Japanese food. The dishes featured a lot of vegetables, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine. There was absolutely no heaviness that often comes with French cuisine, making it feel like I could eat forever. I even went for a second helping of the pasta to finish off the meal, which was incredibly delicious.The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed in a good way, allowing me to enjoy the flavors of the dishes without any tension. The staff were friendly, and I had a wonderful time.This is a restaurant I would love to visit again with each season. Highly recommended!
