【DINNER】MENU DégustationI visited this restaurant again for my birthday dinner this year.This time, I was delighted to encounter corn in the amuse-bouche, paired with whipped white and foie gras terrine on a sablé.I was also honored to enjoy the specialty I loved last year, Polenta & Comté! ✨What truly impressed me this time was one of the desserts from the dessert cart, the Lotus ice cream. It was made with Lotus and mascarpone, and the flavors of caramel and cinnamon from the Lotus were perfectly captured—it was absolutely delicious!!The hospitality was outstanding, and I love this place. ♡I would love to visit again in a different season.
