For our wedding anniversary and special occasions, we always choose the unagi from this place. We set a date and reserve the unagi, then I take a day off from work, eagerly awaiting the day.While I feel a bit guilty about leaving the kids behind, I pretend everything is normal and drop them off at daycare before heading out.We arrived at the restaurant around 10:30 AM, and it seemed like the first round of customers had already been seated, so we had to wait about an hour. When our time was up, they called us, and while waiting, we enjoyed exploring the Suzuhiro Kamaboko shop and café, which made the wait surprisingly pleasant.This time, I ordered the Shirayaki Gozen for the first time. As expected, the unagi here is large and incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn't secure the freshly prepared liver this time. As depicted in the painting, I genuinely hope to bring my parents here one day; it truly is an exceptional restaurant.
