I finally made it to Sumibi Yaki Yuji, and I had been looking forward to this visit.The staff recommended some dishes, and I ordered accordingly. I tried the Heart Sashimi, Omasum Sashimi, Stewed Offal, Liver, Horumon, Tail, Mountain Chain Tripe, and Roast, all served with grated Japanese radish.Everything was delicious. It's hard to get a reservation, but I definitely want to come back!
