I had a wonderful meal at Chisou Nishi Kenichi, a French restaurant that showcases the seafood of Yaizu. I particularly enjoyed the sweetness and freshness of the Kanmuri squid; it’s a dish you can only find here. Even though it’s a bit far from the station, I have no regrets about making the trip. I’m looking forward to my return visit in December!
