My first visit to Sakuragi!The interior is bright and the counter is very beautiful.Every dish is not only visually appealing but also delicious!The crab and corn, the grilled white sweet sea bream soup, the sashimi squid, and the eel were incredibly tasty!After the delicious eel, the rice topped with freshly shaved bonito flakes and egg yolk was absolutely divine!The selection of sake was wonderful, featuring Kinshaku, Katsukoma, Kuro-ryu, and Jikon, making me so happy!I was thrilled to learn that the chef at Sakuragi previously worked at Kozue in the Park Hyatt Shinjuku. I love Kozue and used to visit often before its renovation, so knowing I enjoyed the chef's dishes there makes me very happy! ☺️I will definitely come back again!!The eel rice at the end was the perfect finish.
