In my profile, I’ve compiled a list of restaurants and dessert shops that I wholeheartedly recommend based on their taste, atmosphere, and the personalities of the staff. Feel free to use it as a reference.--------------------------------I made a reservation during my last visit. I really feel like it might become impossible to get a reservation soon, so if you’re interested, act fast!I ordered a course meal and two cups of tea.Once again, everything was incredibly delicious!! I’m truly amazed at how they manage to change the menu while maintaining such high quality in such a short span. Everything was genuinely tasty, but that day, the pork with summer vegetables, the familiar Peking duck, and the mango pudding were particularly outstanding. The summer vegetables included okra and mozuku seaweed, which paired perfectly with the pork and the chili oil sauce! Both the pork and the vegetables were exceptionally fresh, and the sauce was incredibly flavorful. The combination of all these elements multiplied the deliciousness exponentially. The Peking duck is always fantastic, but that day, it had a bit more meat than usual, achieving my favorite balance and was absolutely delicious! The duck was perfectly cooked, and the balance between the meat, skin, vegetables, sauce, and wrap was flawless. The mango pudding was also incredibly delicious, with a hint of coconut aroma that complemented the mango perfectly. The pudding itself was very smooth, with no graininess, and packed with fruit chunks—super tasty! Desserts at other restaurants often consist of ice cream or fruit, and even if they serve pudding, it tends to be a simple, straightforward version. However, the desserts here, while simple, always showcase meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship that set them apart from the rest.Honestly, every dish has an incredibly delicious sauce, and the desserts are always surprisingly good. There’s usually some kind of shrimp dish, which is a delight for shrimp lovers like me!To finish off the meal that day, I had Mapo Eggplant and chilled soba noodles. The Mapo Eggplant had a subtle curry flavor but was still rich in spices, and the freshness of the eggplant was remarkable. I occasionally make Mapo Eggplant at home, but I can never achieve this level of perfection. It was delicious! The chilled soba was my favorite among all the noodle dishes I’ve had here. You could really taste the chicken’s umami, with a hint of herbs and lemon, making it refreshing and delightful! Overall, it felt like summer was just around the corner, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff, including Mr. Sasa, were as lovely as ever, and this place truly is the best. I love it! I’ve already made my next reservation, and I can’t wait!
