After much deliberation, I ordered the pure white Bianka Loin Set Meal, along with additional chicken tender, Iwakan pork tenderloin, and a minced cutlet.I started with the chicken tender, and it was unbelievably delicious! This was by far the best chicken tender I've ever had—super fluffy and juicy. I had never tasted a chicken tender that oozed with meat juices like this one. I was blown away by how good it was.The tenderloin was also excellent, cooked to perfection. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, allowing me to truly savor the deliciousness of the pork.The minced cutlet was another highlight; while it wasn't packed tightly, it had a wonderfully fluffy texture and was delicious! I think it's a unique minced cutlet that you don't find elsewhere.The loin was incredibly tasty as well, very light yet still retaining the essence of pork. With just one slice, you could feel the juicy fat on one side and the firm meatiness on the other. The cooking was impeccable, and the coating was just right—not too thick or too thin. It was truly delicious!! Additionally, there were two types of sauces and salt to accompany the dishes, and they paired perfectly with the tonkatsu. I particularly enjoyed the mustard sauce, and I was delighted when the owner offered to refill it for me.Everything besides the fried items was also incredibly tasty. The rice was cooked perfectly, with each grain standing out and being delicious, and the cabbage was well-drained. There were two types of dressings, but the sesame one was exactly to my liking. The miso soup was flavorful and paired well with the rice, with the texture and sweetness of the onions standing out beautifully.After the meal, I enjoyed a herbal tea, which was very comforting. Wow, it was truly delicious. I had all this for less than JPY 6000, which is amazing. I will definitely come back!
