I had no idea there was such a unique type of udon out there. I was amazed to discover this edgy udon! It truly tells a story.I ordered a small size, but the more I ate, the hungrier I felt (even though it was filling). I found myself not wanting to finish it as I kept going.Even after finishing, the surprises continued with this udon. I definitely want to try the hot udon next!
