I had a hard time securing a reservation for a table for two at YORONIKU TOKYO AZABUDAIHILLS, but luckily, I was able to visit when there was an opening. This restaurant is a pioneer in gourmet yakiniku, and the staff expertly grills the meat to the perfect doneness, so there's no need to worry about overcooking. They also offer fresh sashimi and yukhoe, all of which were delicious. The signature truffle sukiyaki is a dish I've seen at other places, but the cooking technique and the way the egg is blended were exquisite, making it incredibly tasty. I definitely want to return once I can secure another reservation.
