Otherwise, it will be sold out by morning.Guests are seated in the order of arrival, so there may be a wait. I was told it would be about 1.5 hours on this day, and they would call me when it was my turn.So, I spent some time at the nearby Kamaboko no Sato.When I received the call and headed back, I was shown to a tatami room on the second floor, where I enjoyed my Unaju in a lovely atmosphere.First, the tenderness. The thickness. The wonderful glaze.One side was normal, while the other had sansho (Japanese pepper) inserted between the eel and rice.It was incredibly delicious. Even the rice was tasty. Perhaps it’s because the water is so pure?Moreover, I learned that I could get free refills of rice as many times as I wanted, even with sauce, so I made sure to get a refill. I was completely satisfied.I definitely want to come back here. Next time, I’ll try the white grilled eel and other preparations.
