In a quaint old traditional house with limited seating, I enjoyed some exquisite Spanish cuisine. The restaurant takes great pride in using local ingredients, and the dishes were deliciously prepared. The seasonal young sweetfish was perfectly fried and served whole, while the local Kanazawa rock oysters were outstanding. The service was also very attentive, with detailed explanations about the ingredients.
