The meal is offered as a course only. The non-alcoholic sparkling drink is pleasantly low in sweetness and delicious. They provided half portions for the wine pairing. The presentation of the dishes is outstanding. It has a three-dimensional quality and artistic flair, making it vibrant. There’s a sense of specialness about it.The main ingredients are, of course, excellent, but even the side dishes are beautifully presented and tasty. The appetizer featuring Ise lobster with potato pancakes, the green mousse next to the quail, the Yorkshire pudding beside the Wagyu beef, the three-dimensional potato next to the flounder, and the artichoke next to the lamb, all of these supporting roles were beautifully crafted and delicious. The soup served with the main dish was prepared right next to our table, making it visually enjoyable and tasty to drink. For dessert, the watermelon & chartreuse was a bit too strong in alcohol aroma for me, a non-drinker.The lemon cake had a distinct bitterness from the lemon, giving it a sophisticated adult flavor.I also enjoyed the mignardises, leaving me 120% satisfied. It was a truly fulfilling meal.I wanted to try the cheese, but I couldn't manage it.I would love to visit again. It was a great meal.
