This truly embodies the essence of Edomae sushi. Starting with the appetizers, each dish was exquisite and paired perfectly with the drinks, followed by the refined nigiri that was simply outstanding. The interior of the restaurant was also beautifully maintained, and I was genuinely impressed by the character of Chef Sugita. It was a great meal!
