I made a reservation for 5:30 PM on a holiday and visited the restaurant. The sashimi made from Kousaka chicken was incredibly delicious. The grilled dishes were cooked perfectly, with crispy skin on the surface, which matched my preferences very well. I heard that the head chef has changed, making it slightly more affordable and easier to get reservations, but I was completely satisfied regardless. It was a great meal. I highly recommend it!
