I had been wanting to visit this place for a long time, and my wish finally came true. The dinner started promptly at 6 PM. I arrived too early, 15 minutes ahead of time, and the noren (curtain) wasn’t even out yet. I wasn’t allowed inside, so I had to wait outside in the heat. I heard they open 5 minutes before.The 8 counter seats were already fully booked. It was disappointing to end up at the back despite arriving early.The appetizers served before the sushi were exquisite! Each dish was delicious and skillfully prepared, which only heightened my anticipation for the sushi.I started with the white fish and tried a variety, but surprisingly, I didn’t order any extras this time. Perhaps I was a bit too full.
