While Mr. Noguchi is away at the Osaka branch, the young staff held a gathering called "Noguchi Absence." Their enthusiasm and love for cooking truly shone through during the service! Last time, we enjoyed a la carte oden, and this time it was a la carte kushikatsu. They even made cute octopus-shaped sausages for us, making for a fun and laughter-filled time. No matter when I visit, the young staff always bring smiles to my face. This is one of my favorite restaurants!
