Hairy Crab with Fresh Cheese, Caviar, and Watermelon SauceI’m not a fan of watermelon, so when I tasted just the sauce, I found it slightly reminiscent of melon. However, when paired with the hairy crab, fresh cheese, and caviar, the sweetness and acidity of the watermelon complemented the other ingredients perfectly. The addition of herbs masked any melon-like taste, making it a delightful dish even for someone who dislikes watermelon.2. The French fillet was delicious.It was moist and tender, and the sauce was to my liking.
