I love visiting exclusive reservation-only restaurants in the countryside, so I made a reservation here.There are only 8 seats at the counter.The chef has a bit of a stern look, haha.We started with appetizers and enjoyed the sushi for about two and a half hours.I was truly delighted.The highlight was the grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) sushi.Since the nodoguro is delicate and the rice is soft, I was able to eat it in one bite.The vinegar was mild, the salt was light, and the dipping sauce had a low salt content as well. I was very satisfied!
