This was my second visit since New Year's.Last time, I enjoyed winter delicacies like wild duck,but I was a bit worried about what summer would bring.However, those concerns were unfounded.I savored dishes made with native horse,Gifu's natural soft-shelled turtle,and a hot pot featuring moon bear and junsai.It was a delightful experience!
