While I wouldn't usually travel all the way to Shizuoka just for a meal, I was fortunate enough to receive an invitation on this day.Thank you for always inviting me.I had heard of this place, but I may have never been so moved by a meal before.The cooking technique was, of course, outstanding, but despite the focus on fish, each dish highlighted the unique characteristics of the fish, making me forget I was eating fish dishes.From the rich, steak-like fish to the fragrant varieties, and the gentle, refreshing ones—each bite was a revelation.It was a series of delightful surprises. This restaurant is definitely worth the trip to Shizuoka.Thank you for the wonderful meal!
