I made a reservation for the 4-course meal. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with perfect hospitality, which felt wonderful. The amuse-bouche was a pistachio mousse with trout, and it was incredibly delicious, making the wine flow easily. For the appetizers, I had asparagus soup and steamed asparagus. Both showcased the asparagus beautifully, with interesting accents from lime, pickled plum, and truffle, making them very tasty. The fish dish featured tender Spanish mackerel, cooked to perfection. It was garnished with cherry blossoms, and the sauce was vermouth. It was stylish yet retained its flavor, and the texture of the accompanying beans was excellent. For the meat course, I had Wagyu sirloin cap. Both the meat and the accompanying vegetables were delicious, leaving me completely satisfied. The bread and butter were also very tasty, so I ended up eating more than I had planned. For dessert, I enjoyed mango and jasmine. It had a sophisticated and adult flavor, which was delightful.Everything from start to finish was delicious, the service was excellent, and I had no complaints whatsoever.
