This level of juiciness is truly one of a kind.The layer of fat was astonishing, and the flavor that oozed from the perfectly grilled skin was shocking. Yet, it didn’t feel heavy at all.Personally, I found the first skewer, which was tsukune (chicken meatball), to be very interesting, and it might just be the best I’ve had.Honestly, compared to famous yakitori places in Osaka, this place holds its own, and if you’re looking for "juicy yakitori," I would say this is my top choice.For those who love to savor the rich flavor of fat in their yakitori, this restaurant is undoubtedly a hit.
